How much do your window treatments cost?
As all our window treatments are custom made-to-measure we cannot provide you with an accurate quote over the phone or online. If you book an appointment with one of our advisors they will be able to measure up and provide a quote for you. During the appointment there will be no pressure to buy, and your advisor won't overstay his welcome either; average appointment times are around 45 minutes but this will vary depending upon the type and number of products you are interested in. If you are looking for blinds for an entire home or office block, your appointment will take longer. If you need one simple Roller blind for a bathroom, it may be much quicker.
How much deposit will I have to pay?
A deposit of up to 100% (usually 50%) will need to be paid when you place your order, depending on the value of the order.
How long will I have to wait for an advisor to visit me in my home?
We will arrange for an advisor to visit you in your home at a time that is convenient for you. We aim for an advisor to visit you around 48 hours from when you book your appointment but this may vary depending on location and advisor availability.

How much is an appointment?
Florida Blinds appointments are FREE and no cost will be added to the product when bought. for servicing your old window treatments/repairing fees may apply.
do you offer appointments after 6 pm?
Yes you can book an appointment up until 9:45 at night.
How long will I have to wait for my blinds to be fitted?
Your blinds will be ready to be fitted two weeks after you placed your order (its usually a lot quicker but we like to under promise and over deliver!!!). Your advisor will arrange the fitting time with you when you place your order.
How long will an installation take?
This depends upon the type of order you have placed. Your advisor will be able to inform you of this at the appointment stage.
Can I rearrange my install date? And is there a charge?
There is no cost to rearrange a fitting and the simplest way to do so is by contacting customer services team on 407.969.8300.
Can i return my blinds?
Due to all of our Window treatment been 100% custom made for each individual window we do not offer refunds. we operate a NO RETURN POLICY.
